The Management Committee
The Management Committee members are selected and appointed by the Board of Trustees. The management Committee ensures that the Qatar Green Building Council is implementing its strategy by monitoring and ensuring the diligent execution of strategic activities as per the business plan.

The Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is the primary means by which the organization develops consensus-based programs to serve the green building industry. It also carries out the tasks and duties assigned and directed by the Executive committee. They meet on regular basis to ensure organization wide implementation of core business values and adherence to goals at all times. The Steering Committee is composed of members of at least one member of the Executive Committee and the heads of each of the main committees.

Marketing And Public Relations Committee
The Marketing and Public Relations Committee establishes strong connections through events and advertising to give Qatar Green Building Council visibility and allow better exposure to the programs being developed. It also creates awareness about the membership program of the Qatar Green Building Council to invite more members to be part of a common objective and build a sustainable future.
The Main Committees
Each Main Committee is composed of a committee head, deputy and five to seven committee members. The committee heads lead fortnightly meetings to implement their strategic plan. Under the executive committee’s direction, a three year operational timeline plan has been drafted showing major milestones within each committee.
